National Survey: Remote Working in Pathology

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care is seeking feedback from the pathology sector to better understand current perspectives on remote working practices within pathology services.

The consultation is exploring areas including governance, supervision, workforce considerations, and potential safety and quality risks associated with remote working arrangements in pathology.

Input from pathology professionals and stakeholders will help inform the development of recommendations regarding a potential remote working framework for the sector. Following consultation, the Commission will provide recommendations to the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.

AIMS encourages members interested in this area to review the survey and consider providing feedback based on their professional experience and workplace context.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and closes on 7 June 2026.
